Make up lessons are limited to 2 per academic year. They may not be carried over from one month to another. There are no refunds for missed lessons. Make up lessons can be arranged at a mutually agreeable time. In order to make up a lesson, a notice of 48 hours prior to the lesson time is required.

If the teacher cancels a lesson, it will be made up on a time convenient for both.

- You are expected to take regular piano lessons until the end of June.
- If, for any reason the student or the teacher wishes to stop the lessons permanently or temporarily, a notice of 6 weeks is required.
- Parents are welcome to sit in the waiting area while the student is having the lesson.
- Holidays like Christmas, March break, summer holiday will be scheduled and arranged
in advance in agreement with the teacher.
- Payment will be per 2 months and has to be paid before the first lesson of the month
